I totally disagree with the statement because imposing curfews does not prevent criminality and containing teens at home during the night is an attack against their human rights.

In recent years, technology invaded the modern lifestyle and it is an immense necessity that people use this to their advantage. Personally, I support the former, with the latter having some serious counterarguments one should absolutely take into account.
