In this modern and fast-paced era, business owner have to come up with several essential solutions to sustain their business and one of the key parameters is the location. Recently we have been witnessing a reduction in small businesses such as local shops around us because of the increase in the popularity of large commercial shopping buildings. Although, these big centre's popular as the one-stop destination, I concur that this trend can be considered negative to society, especially for small business owners.

A person’s worth nowadays seems to be judged according to social status and material possessions. Old-fashioned values, such as honour, kindness and trust, no longer seem important. To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?
People's valuing process by social hierarchy and individual affluence in recent times become more suitable, by which old attributions, including individual prestige and benevolent acts, become more irrelevant. I do agree that social flag and wealth are more imperative than old-fashioned judgement, such as honour and generosity, but the old one can not be abolished.
