To commence with, despite having a reservation, my family and I were kept waiting for over 30 minutes before being seated. Once seated, the staff appeared inattentive, and it took another 25 minutes for our order to be taken. Apart from that, the meals were served cold and lacked the quality I had expected from your establishment.
