The notion suggests that equality must be served between both genders in our country's protection services. It is important to have both men and women exposed to the chances of getting the same position. It is agreed that girls and boys can fill out the same role as long as they are capable. The same skills and capabilities that can be acquired by both genders, as well as the importance of gender representation nowadays will prove this.

Most high level positions in companies are filled by men even though the workforce in many developed countries is more than 50 percent female. Companies should be required to allocate a certain percentage of these positions to women. To what extent do you agree?
It is a contentious issue whether companies should set a specific percentage of women and men in the highest positions or not make any regulation in this matter. In my opinion, the factor that makes the biggest difference is that both genders are working on average the same amount of hours. If this is the case, certainly we should take care of an equal chance for them.

Open areas are crucial to avoid suffocation and unhealthy lifestyles, particularly urban lands. It is suggested that megacities should focus on having huge parks. I do opine with this statement of having green spaces, however, medium-sized lands could also serve the purpose.

As small children's skin is very delicate, we cannot have longer nails as it can harm children's skin. Along with that, we also have a rule of not eating junk food in front of small children because they would imitate us. Eating junk food is not a healthy option, We encourage children to eat healthy food every day. So, whenever we are eating in front of children we cannot have junk food otherwise children will also do the same. If we break any of the rules at school we get a memo, a memo is like a fine which is not good for a teacher to earn and if we get 3 memos we will be terminated from the school.
