In a time of global competition, brain drain is a worrying threat. On the flip side, some take a more globalised stance, focusing on international success. Governments are looking toward policy to determine how best to retain expertise — should the law restrict workers to the country of their training? Whether professionals must stay in the country of their training or not is thus a widely contentious issue. I strongly argue that job restrictions create substantial disadvantages that are outweighed by the benefits of allowing professionals the choice of where to work. The right to choose a workplace helps international exchange between and within countries, and promotes workers' autonomous rights and growth, whereas limitation circumscribes advancement.

Recently, workers have spent a large number of hours at the workplace. Many people believe that companies should give their employees at least a month's holiday per year; in order to increase their productivity and creativity in their work. In my opinion, this development will have a positive impact on both employers and employees because workers will have more time to spend with their families and friends, which in turn can decrease their stress.

In this contemporary epoch, English language learning has become an important part of individuals' education, and its significance can be equal to or higher than learning the native dialect.
