There is no doubt that appearances play a big role how people judge others. Personally, I agree with the statement and I think that it is not right to judge other people only by their clothes. In fact, I feel this way for two reasons, that I will explore in the following essay.

In some countries, even though the rates of serious crimes are decreasing, people feel less safe than ever before. What do you think are the causes of this problem? What measures could be taken to solve it?

Although cases of serious crimes are decreasing in many parts of the world, people feel less safe today than at any other time in the past. The main reason for this is the increased coverage of crime in our media and one key solution is encouraging news outlets to cover more positive stories.

Nowadays it is common for people to get married and have children in their thirties rather than when they are younger. Do you agree or disagree that this trend will benefit society?

Either getting married or being parent is a challenged mission; therefore, many individuals delay such steps to the third decade of their life. Personally, I wholeheartedly believe that this is a right course of action and this will aid in enhancing the communities socially and financially.

A government has a responsibility to its citizens to ensure their safety. Therefore, some people think that the government should increase spending on defense but spend less on social benefits. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

The primary role of the state is to protect its citizens from different types of threat. Therefore, some people argue that the government should direct much of its financial resources to the defense sector and cut down the spending on social welfare. I do not agree with this view. In my opinion, a country has to spend on both social welfare and defense.

Modern medical facilities and research in the healthcare sector have brought miracles to the world. We have cures for deadly diseases and researchers are working with our genes to prevent diseases even before we are born- marvellous indeed. As a result, people these days live longer. This as an alarming trend according to some while I firmly believe that longer life expectancy offers far many advantages than demerits.

More and more professionals from underdeveloped and developing countries are leaving their home to settle down in richer countries. As a result, the poorer counties are moving towards more struggling phase, but this can be controlled by offering extra benefits

Some people believe that children should be allowed to stay at home and play until they are six or seven years old. Others believe that it is important for young children to go to school as soon as possible. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Children are born proactive in the present generation, hence every parent is quite enthusiastic to make their child grow faster. It is the responsibility of the parents to send their children to school at the right age. It can be believed that sending children to school is more comfortable rather than keeping them at home. In my opinion, a child definitely gains something more if he is sent to school at a very young age.

Some leisure time activities become fashionable for a very short time and then disappear when new trendy one comes, whereas others seem to be popular permanently. I can therefore only partly agree with that hobbies reflect changing fashions rather than our true interest.

To enjoy spare time is very significant in people's lives. A great deal of individuals hardly spends time for their interval deeds because of lengthy work schedules. I believe that it has considerable drawbacks in individuals' life despite having some conveniences.

Subsidizing arts branches such as drawing or music by governments, recently, has become an extremely controversial issue. A number of people believe that the money, which is spent on such fields, should be saved to benefit other public services, while others, including me, argue that supporting arts financially is indispensable on account of its pivotal role in mirroring cultures and raising emotional generations.

These days, it has become a trend to go the cities for the better settlement of the future. Many believe that outside the town, they will be getting better lifestyle and education. It affects an individual,personal and professional life. Hence, youngsters are leaving their families and their grandparents in the village and moving to the urban areas for the betterment of their upcoming life. This essay will discuss the problems related to this move and will also suggest the solution.

Some people think that having a set retirement age (e.g 65 years) for everybody, regardless of occupation, is unfair. They believe that certain workers deserve to retire and receive a pension at an earlier age. Do you agree or disagree? Which types of workers do you think should benefit from early retirement?

A shared opinion is that people should not have to retire, on a common age, for all different fields of activity, instead, some of them should have the right to benefit from an earlier paid retirement. I strongly agree with this point of view as the age of retirement should vary depending on the nature of the filled job. Moreover, labour workers must be entitled to having such privilege.

These days, it seems that a large number of people are migrating to other countries than previous decades. This has become questionable for immigrants to follow migrated nations rituals and lifestyle. Although some people disagree, whereas I completely agree that it is the responsibility of immigrants to adopt rules, regulations and behaviours of the new country.

Over the centuries, humanity has been trying to achieve an ideal Society. Although it would be far from easy to reach perfection, people are still continuing their efforts to live in a circumstance. From my point of view, a number of factors could be considered as an ideal Society which will be examined in this essay and introduced some ways which should be done to reach the zenith.

It is true that in many nations, the quality of life has been considerably improved, therefore, there is a huge number of people buying and using them on a regular basis. While I accept that cars bring several benefits to users, I strongly believe that they influenced adversely and negatively to the environment.

In many countries today parents are able to send their children to single sex school. Some people think that this have disadvantages in later life.

It is the toughest decision for the parents to choose schools for their children. Many parents choose single gender schools, while others go for mixed gender schools. It is thought my people that studying in single gender schools have disadvantages for students in their later life. However, there are arguments on both sides which will be discussed in further paragraphs before forming a pertinent outlook.

In recent years, the family structure and the role of its members are gradually changing. What kinds of changes can occur? Do you think these changes are positive and negative?

In the past, nuclear families where parents and their offspring living together under one roof used to be prevalent. However, there is now a huge trend towards single-parent families due to more marriages ending in divorce, while the increase in cohabiting couple families and step-families is probably a result of cohabitation and remarriage have become much more acceptable. In addition, the number of single-mother families has increased as many mothers want to have children without getting married. In terms of changing parental roles in a family, there has been a rise in the number of stay-at-home dads in recent years when it has become normal for women to gain qualifications and pursue their own career path. This is in sharp contrast to about half a decade ago when men were breadwinners and women were in charge of household chores in their families.
