It is clear that a good leader is prerequisite for the success and effective operation of any team or any organisation. Although there are someone who state that leadership is an inborn talent, others believe an excellent leader can obtain all skills through social interaction. In my point of view, I reckon that the abilities of a great leader are generated partly through innate skills, yet mostly through learning. This essay will discuss both points of view.

The amount on the pay cheque is always a priority factor for most of the salaried persons around the globe. It is argued that a handsome amount of salaries are essential instead of job fulfillment. This essay will first address the question of how real is the change claimed in the statement and it will then discuss what could governments do to regulate cars' using.

It is often argued that children should follow their parent's orders rather than freedom of taking decisions for themselves. I partially agree with both the statements and think that children should obey their parent's until or unless they get settled and after that, they should be free to take any choice.

The viewpoint of either it is better to live away or with the family while studying at a university in some countries varies. While living in another city can be beneficial, in my opinion, it has more drawbacks than benefits.

The word success in the life plays a significant role. Some people ponder that location and area plays a crucial role behind the success of any successful person while others believe that only will power to achieve a goal is more important. I think that behind any success their is hard work and proper planning to achieve specific goal besides region of person does not matters.

Home is a basic need of a human, to build it, there is no space available in a urban area, so they start to build it in the countryside. However, some believe that it is better to protect it rather than building homes. The essay will discuss the above notion.

In Britain, when someone gets old they often go to live in a home with other old people where there are nurses to look after them. Sometimes the government has to pay for this care. Who do you think should pay for this care, the government or the family?

It is important to consider how the count of old age people moving to live in old age homes with other elderly people has increased substantially. In some cases, the government reimburses the expenses of such people. However, I believe it is the wholesome duty of the family members to pay for the care provided to them.

Over the last few decades the pace of change in the life of human beings has increased significantly. This can be because of the technological advancement or scientific breakthrough that are changing the way we live out life on a daily basis. This illustrates that change is not always a personal opinion, but inevitable fact of life, and we need to constantly adapt to it.

In the modern world, due to poverty and lack of education, many people are keen to commit a crime. In this regard, although there is an opinion that severe penalty can be a viable option for this issue, others feel that better education is the most effective solution. Personally, I believe that the last option can solve this problem more humanity.
