Improvements in health and education are essential for the development of the poorer nations. However, the governments of richer nations should take more responsibility for helping them in such areas. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

There are as many as 230 countries in the world. All of them distinguish from each other by several aspects like size, population and developments, particularly in such areas like medicine, discipline, and marketing, which play important parts in illustrating the level of development of a country. As not all states can afford improvements in these fields, I believe that richer one's should take care of such countries partially.

People have different views about the question of should the government support university’s student the school fees. While some argue that, I believe that students better get the donation given by the politics.

Most developing countries fail to grow beyond a certain level because of the lack of adequate infrastructure. Hence, some people argue that foreign assistance should be primarily used to confront this problem. I partly agree with this idea. While I do admit that infrastructure is important, it is not the unique factor determining the success of a nation.

Life was better when technology was simpler. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Thanks to the existence of mechanization,the human's soul has big changes, especially in recent decades. However, some people argued that if the machinery was not developed, life would be better. From my perspective, I disagree with the statement mentioned because the development of technology leads to great advantages in various different fields.

People’s physical strength deteriorates with aging. Therefore, one school of thought avers that, it not wises to fix the retirement age of all the professionals, since different fields require different energy level. I concur with the statement and, in following paragraphs I will discuss the arguments in detail with examples.

In a number of countries, some people think it is necessary to spend large sums of money on constructing new railway lines for very fast trains between cities. Others believe the money should be spent on improving existing public transport. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Nowadays, the development of transportation is significant in the economic growth for the countries. It is important to build sound railway lines for people to commute between cities within the countries. There are lots of arguments about whether the government should make investments on the existing train systems or constructing the new lines. I think both perspectives are valid and the statement should depend on the situation of the countries.

These days, due to the power of mass media, celebrities reach a whole level of popularity. Such prestige, however, comes at a price of personal privacy. Being in a public attention has its own pressure on a person and l strongly believe that the drawbacks outweigh benefits of being a popular person.

In the contemporary world, the individuals have been becoming coated with the replete amount of material. It is considered that some news is incongruous to people’s lives and it would be worthless spend of time to reading or watching about status quo. Analysing both the ability of news to be indispensable, helping acquire wisdom as well as these tidings allow residents to become acquainted and estimate a current situation.

In about 2-3 recent years, financial autonomy is a rising trend amongst schools, especially university. With a limited income from teaching activities and no more financial support from the government, universities are now considering allowing advertisements in their buildings. I think it is a good idea because of these justifications below:

It is believed that wrongdoing rate can be reduced by using cutting-edge technology. I agree with this view. Installing cameras on the roads, using biometric in offices and mobile location records can prove to be very effective in cut down the crime rate.

Some people think that it would be better for large companies and industry to move to regional areas outside large urban centers. Do you think the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In today’s competitive world, giant businesses thrive hard to book the profits and enjoy a perpetual life. Owing to this, certain folks believe that migration of such organizations from metro cities to towns would be a viable solution. This tendency may hamper the regional environment yet, it will certainly help the economy to bolster.

It seems that educational curriculum, in all levels, includes much more fact-based contents than practical classes.

Some people say that now we can see films on our phones or tablets there is no need to go the cinema. Others say that to be fully enjoyed, films need to be seen in a cinema. Discuss both these views and give your own opinions.

So, according to the opinions of different persons now watching a movie is okay on their respective mobile devices such as tablets and cell phones while others think opposite and supports the traditional way I.e. Them prefers to watch it on a big screen by going outside.

In some countries, prisons are the most common solution to crimes. However, some others believe that education is a more effective solution. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Some people are of the opinion that education is superior to prisons in combating crimes. From my perspective, while the use of prisons can be justified due to its role in barring criminals from society and deterring potential offenders, education is obviously a much better measure and therefore I completely agree with the statement.

Some families think the best way to take care of their aging parents is to care for them at home. Others believe that it is better for their parents to live in a special home for the elderly. Discuss both these views and give your opinion.

Some people believe that older parents should be cured at home because they would like to express their responsibility to their old parents, and save money while others would rather let them stay in the aged care centre for better care and due to lack of time. In my opinion, I would like my old parents to stay at home for some reasons.
