Capital punishment is believed to provide security to people since ancient times. Masses possess the notion that its implementation is crucial for the maintenance of peace in society. This will discuss why the applicability of the death penalty is extremely important.

Some people think the governments should increase the cost of fuel for cars and other vehicles in order to solve the environments problems. to what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is considered by some people that raising the price by the government for fuel used for transportation resolves a worldwide problem called pollution. In my opinion, it may help to some extent, however, different solutions and strategies should be used to tackle this problem in a professional and effective method.

There is a significant change in buying trends of people in some developing countries over the last few years. People tend to invest more on modern and new products to avail maximum benefits associated with them. I agree to some extent that economic prosperity, high wages, attractive advertisements and improved quality of products ignite people to buy the latest products. However, it has many detrimental effects on the environment that leads to pollution, deforestation and massive quality of rubbish in societies.

It is argued by some that, both, the people with inadequate means and the ones that have more than enough find it hard to get admission into a university. I completely disagree with this opinion and think that there are many significant challenges that a poor student faces, which makes it many folds more difficult for him to obtain higher education.

Nowadays, some employers think that formal academic qualifications are more important than life experience or personal qualities when they look for new employees. Why is it the case? Do you agree/ disagree with this view?

Recruiters currently tend to favour candidates who have formal academic qualifications over those with only life experiences or personal attributes. Although the trend occurs for several reasons, this may have an adverse influence on our society.

Racism has increased due to a large number of refugee immigrants from African countries in war, however, they are facing social issues when it comes to working in the country of asylum. There are two causes for this unfair behaviour from the work force, one of them is the preconception about their capacity to exert the tasks, and the other one their ethnicity. The matters presented in this essay, discuss the causes of xenophobia at the business environment, furthermore, provides a recommendation on the way to best effect the staff behaviour aiming to promote safe and affirming job for everybody.
