The modern world is growing rapidly compared to that of the past decade, many villages are being converted into towns and many towns are growing into big cities. With the rapid expansion of cities, there are many problems related to transportation and food. Governments are spending millions of money on transportation projects like high speed rail. However, some people believe that this money should be spent on existing public transport.

Due to close proximity of buildings and high population nowadays Cityside is mostly occupied and well developed with no space for any new homes. While some people think that it is the right time to stop building new homes in the countryside, I believe in those who feel that building new homes in rural areas help in development for three main reasons.

In modern times, the issue of petrol price has become highly controversial. It has been suggested that increasing oil prices might help to solve the problem of countless traffic jams and air pollution. However, I strongly disagree with the view, as in my opinion, it may not be as impactful as using other sustainable source of energy, in tackling this issue. Imposing strict traffic laws is regarded as effective in decreasing the rate of violators. Admittedly, this measure is of great help to the limit of serious accidents happening on the streets; that is because there have been the transport vehicles in big cities during rush hours, whereby not least participants are willing to violate laws if serve punishments are not implemented in their countries. To take an obvious example, drunken driving, running means of transportation with imprisoned in case the law- breakers cause serious accidents. The more harsh regulations are issued, the better people's awareness of safe driving will be.

Traditionally, people who attained the age of retirement would simply leave their place of work for a life full of leisure. Increasingly around the world, it has been observed that more and more retirees have made the decision to continue working, for example, taking on freelance or consultancy positions. The reasons for this are many fold, which I will explain below. Based on my observations of this trend, I am emphatically in favour of retirees working, as this brings benefits not only to the retiree but also to the community at large.
