some people think the restoration of old buildings take huge amount of government expenditure. It would be more beneficial to use this money for development of new buildings and roads. To what extent do you agree/disagree with this statement?

As a result of the large budget set aside by the government for the renovation of old structures, some people believe that the money should rather be used in constructing new homes and thoroughfares. In my opinion, for the purpose of economic growth, I strongly agree that funding new projects would be more beneficial to the economy.

With the advancement of science and technology and globalization of trade, many people believe that more choices are available these days. The question is tricky to answer because whether it is a positive or negative change would depend upon the field or commodity being discussed. In my opinion, it is beneficial to have multiple options for treatment and food, for example, while too many choices can create problems in some other areas.

Despite the reduction in crime rate in nation around the globe, many citizens still feel unsafe. In my opinion, factors such as the misuse of social media and inefficiency of the justice system could be the reasons for this unrest.
