In recent times, the pressures children are going through are becoming an issue for concern. These pressures result from academic, social and commercial viewpoint. Most children now spend many hours learning each day and some due to their peers, desire gadgets their parents are unable to afford. Parents, school authorities and the government have role to play to ensure these issues can be minimized.

The 21st century has bought about many changes, including, the rise in the number of individuals choosing to live independently. The most significant factor contributing to this trend is todays career oriented society in which more people are willing to move further away, from their childhood homes, in order to pursue their ideal jobs. However, in my opinion, this development has far more adverse effects on the population than positive ones.
