Alot of times people need to complain about a product or poor service which is quite common nowadays. It is, therefore, important for one to identify the best medium for your complaints to have the desire effect. Rising complaints both in person or in writing have their pros and cons, but i would prefer to lodge my complaints in writing.
There are many ways to give feedback about goods or quality of service, two common methods to carry out that are we could face-to-face with producers or send reports about it. In my opinion, i tend to use letters or emails because of some benefits; however, at some points complain in person also is a brilliant ways.
From time to time,people are faced with dilemma of ways to channel their complaints when they are poorly serviced by an organization or having issues with their procurement.Some people believed that the best way to handle this issue is to present at facility physically and discuss it verbally while others are of the opinion that they would rather express such disservice via writing.If I'm faced with such circumstance,I would rather send my query by writing the organization. The reason for this decision will be outlined by following paragraph.
