As global trade increases, many goods, even some daily goods, are exported to another country which includes long-distance transport during shipping. Do you think its benefits outweigh its drawbacks?

As global
trade
is becoming an irreversible trend, being aware of its pros and cons contributes to more effective approaches to country development. Some believe that it boosts economic progress, while others insist that importing goods from foreign countries will result in nothing but more costs and tariffs imposed which means consumers have to spend more money to buy goods, and fumes exhausted from long-distance transportation will contaminate the environment. My view is that
world
trade
brings us more good than harm.
First
, it is obvious that global
trade
creates enormous job opportunities for exporting countries. To illustrate, since they have to increase their product's quantity, factories and companies employ a larger number of workers in various sectors.
Moreover
, not only those working in manufacturing and foreign
trade
industry have better career prospects but drives
also
get more employment.
This
is because all sorts of transportation need drivers
to deliver

the goods to retailers. So, international commerce plays an important role in plummeting the unemployment rate in nations that exports all over the
world
.
In addition
, goods being transported from other parts of the
world
helps
Suggestion

to ensure the availability of diversified products to consumers.
For example
, people nowadays can eat fruits and
vegetables which

the soil of other geographical locations differed from that of their homeland. It is
also
true that global
trade
has devastating effects. Of course, it may intensify the commercial competition and shipping goods across international borders may result in air and marine pollution. But, even if we could ban the
world
trade
, these problems would still exist because people may choose to travel abroad to purchase
such
products. To conclude, global
trade
offers a win-win situation for both exporting and importing countries. Meanwhile, I believe with the development of science and technology, we can eventually figure out some ways to offset the drawbacks it has caused.
