You bought a TV a week ago but when you got home you discovered it did not work properly. You called customer service to report the problem but you have not received any help. write a letter to the company and in your letter: * introduce yourself * explain the problem * and state what action you would like from the company

I am writing
this
letter to complain about the faulty TV which we bought
last
week
from your store. I am Mikesh Khanal, one of the most frequent buyers of your store. I have been buying electronic gadgets from your shop for my office and home
likewise
since the early 2000s. I visited the store
last
week
on 9th November and bought a premium TV as per the suggestion of your team.
However
, it did not function as intended; the picture quality was below par, in fact, it was blurry.
In addition
to that, the remote that came along was physically damaged. I have been regularly calling your service centre, but they either tender me an unacceptable apology and inform me that it will take nearly a
week
to repair it due to unavailability of engineers or they hang up on me abruptly. I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of the product I purchased and the service I have received. I expect you to replace
this
equipment immediately or repair them within two days. I would
also
suggest you dig deep into the working of your service centre to understand the reason behind these delays. I no longer have the patience to wait for a
week
. I look forward to hearing back from you immediately. Yours faithfully, Mikesh Khanal

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
