I hope you are doing great. I recently got your message about reducing the work hours for all the employees. This is the best idea to control the extra labor. In these days, the percentage of the sale is quite low as its winter season. People don't prefer to eat outside. Therefore, we can cut the working hours through one hour unpaid lunch break. We can unpaid breaks to the employees instead of half hour break. The second point is to put right people on the floor at the right time. I mean, We can put strong workers during lunch and dinner rush. In that way, we can cut the labor by giving them short shifts instead of long shifts. We need to pay 10% less if we reduce the hours. Our labor percentage will goes down if we follow both the strategies. I think these two are the best solutions because your business will not affect and you can save some money by controlling the hours.
