Big salary is much more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree?

Many people may think that a big salary is much more important than
job
satisfaction, but I completely disagree for three reasons that I will explain in the following paragraphs.
First
of all, a
job
that requires dedication, commitment and sacrifice is heavier than others which do not require much effort. Actually, when you achieve the
first
results and goals, all the
negatives
Suggestion
negative
aspects of the hard
work
disappear and they give a sense of fulfilment
that is
much more satisfying than receiving
money
. An example of
this
, are nurses and doctors that take huge responsibilities and risks every day and they do not earn a big salary, but the feeling when they can save a life is much more pleasant than
money
.
Secondly
, if we think about people that do not appreciate their
job
, but only
work
for big salaries, are those who might develop a negative mood and, sometimes, depression. Working takes a lot of time in our lives, if we cannot feel good with what we do every day, how can we lead
an
Suggestion
a
happy life? How we feel when we are doing our
job
is very important, because when we come back home, we deal with ourselves, not with the
money
we
gain
. It is well known that people who want to
gain
money
and think exclusively to them, are prone to develop bad behaviour and
also
depression

depressed
depressing
.
Furthermore
, we cannot say that
money
are not important. Thanks to them we can afford to healthcare, education etc..
it
Suggestion
It
is important to
work
for
gain
Suggestion
gaining
money
, but
also combine
Suggestion
also combines
passion and duty. If we can do our dream
job
, we are more inclined to do our best and improve ourselves;
this
combination can lead an increase of salary and personal satisfaction.
For example
, if we think about artists, at the beginning they follow their passion and they have no
money
, if they continue to
work
and improve, they can become famous and known as well as
gain
more and more for their
work
. In conclusion, it is not important how much you
gain
with your
job
, it is important how much you feel fulfilled.
