MANY GOVERNMENTS HAVE LAWS THAT BAN THE SALE AND USE OF HARD DRUGS SUCH AS HEROIN AND COCAINE, YET THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO BUY DRUGS SUCH AS TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL. LAWS THAT PROHIBIT THE SALE AND USE OF HARD DRUGS SHOULD BE APPLIED TO ALL DRUGS, INCLUDING TOBACCO AND ALCOHOL. What is your opinion?

Smuggling and use of hard drugs are prohibited by law in many countries.
However
, the other drugs
such
as alcohol, and Tobacco are provided by the stores legally. Few countries, mostly Moslems, ban the use of all kinds of drugs. The idea of considering all those as a legal offence is growing between legislators. In
this
essay I will argue that extreme limitations and banding would have many irrecoverable consequences. Using legal band on heavy drugs can limit criminal actions in the societies and should be obeyed in all countries.
However
, based on human nature, banding can cause an uncontrolled eager in using drugs and
in other words
, lead to courage to use.
For example
, when parents band smoking in their youth, an inner force will encourage him to experience it. Increasing needs will result in increasing provide. All these considerations, hidden buying and selling drugs would become popular. Coupled with those, the drug dealers will sell low quality materials for having more incomes. Altogether free trades of drugs, and small dealers will control the market and fill it with impure drugs. Users will be poisoned and a variety of drug related diseases will be merged. In a word, letting some spaces between restricting law can be beneficial.
