some people work for the same organisation all their working life. Others think that it is better to work for different organisations. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Most people do not know if they will stay in the same organisation or they will shift to another. Most people tend to think about the present and forget about the future. In my essay I will discuss both views and write my own opinion.
First
, people who work for the same company for the rest of their lives, often build loyalty to the company and feels more comfortable to remain in it.
Moreover
, they are likely to earn a higher salary, because of their long-term experience.
On the other hand
, there are some people who work for different organisations. They can adapt themselves quickly anywhere anytime. One advantage is that they can meet people from different mentalities and background, but they won't be able to master the required knowledge for high positions. In my opinion, people are free to choose whether they want to stick to one organisation or change throughout their career life. Changing is acceptable as long as you see comfort and career growth. But if you are held back by immediate responsibilities
such
as, families, rent and college fees,
then
it is better to be consistent.
