Nowadays, society will treat and respect you based on the lifestyle, which directly depends on the money you are earning. In my opinion, higher pay provides many
advantages
 comparing to employee satisfaction. The following essay will explain why I proved a higher weight to high earnings compared to work contentment. A higher wage delivers numerous
advantages
; better living quality is one on the top. People who earn more or save more can build their dream house quickly in an excellent location. Some of my friends who travel abroad for work are an ultimate example of
this
 case because many are not happy with the task, but they can complete their home construction quickly and efficiently. People who decided to go for bigger pay can provide very high standard education for their children’s. Many of them are joined in top universities overseas, which will eventually help them obtain a highly paid career and multinational companies. Other than a quality lifestyle, a good income will provide a high reputation in society. The majority of the people earning more are living in top tier compounds, and they drive expensive cars. It’s a universal truth society will respect persons who live in a costly environment or drive new cars like Benz, BMW, etc. Automatically a good salary will help to build a good and financially strong friends circle.
This
 will help you in many situations in the future. Because of the benefits outlined above, it is visible a big stipend can easily overtake the
advantages
 over job satisfaction, but the overwhelming benefits of a higher salary will quickly overtake these
advantages
, especially in the long run. Based on these arguments, I strongly suggest to chose better pay rather than job satisfaction.
