this

then
took it upon myself to let your staff understand the routine of shutting up some taps to enable me to get

when they pump. I am tired of reminding them to do
this
every time.
Instead
of them following the routine they take a ladder to start climbing up the manway to check the

. The pop in these areas has cracks all over the edges. I am always running out of
water
sometimes in the middle of the night or when taking my bath not to mention the coloured
water
because
water
is always at its lowest point in the

The Greeting

Depending on the style and aim of the letter, you will need to adapt your greeting.

Always start an informal letter in the ways:

  • Dear + name
  • Hi / Hello + name

‘Dear...’ is more appropriate, so stick with this.

For a formal letter there are two options for the greeting:

  • Use Dear Sir or Madam if you don’t know the name of the person you are writing to.
  • Use Dear + surname if you do know their name, e.g. Dear Mr Smith or Dear Mrs Jones.
