Some people get into debt by buying things they don't need and can't afford. What are the reasons for this behaviour? What action can be taken to prevent people from having this problem?

People
of these modern days tend to buy unnecessary kinds of stuff which lead them to get into horrible
debts
. In
this
essay, I will show the causes of
such
behaviour and the ways on how to avoid earning more owed
money
in the future. In our world today, individuals are surrounded by lots of extrinsic factors that made them suffer due to
debts
. We can find commercialized products online or simply by going to the malls which attract persons unknowingly. As humans, due to a lack of self-control,
people
usually end up buying goods out of the budget.
People
are
also
easily influenced by attractive billboards , promotions or extreme discounts leading to borrowing
money
from others so that they will not miss the offer. One good example is having
credit
cards, where it gives a feeling of buying everything freely , not thinking of the consequences it may lead to on the payment day. A number of
people
even some celebrities are put in jails because of their unpaid
credit
cards or issuing bouncing checks.
However
, impulsive buying can be corrected. One thing to prevent
debts
is mainly to have self-control or contentment. A specific budget of
money
should just be brought while malling especially if there are no essential things to look for.
Furthermore
, we should practice having our own savings in the bank or in our homes so that any time of emergencies we have something to rely on. One good thing to avoid getting to trouble with
debts
is to avoid
credit
card offers or surrender a
credit
card if a person is not a cleaver in handling
money
. These will
then
result in a sound mind, free of worries or hassles each month.
Lastly
, living a simple lifestyle will bring out a life of satisfaction, avoidance of temptations and better financial status. If
people
have self-discipline,
people
will be wiser and will
therefore
achieve a harmonious lifestyle.
