The bar chart illustrates information about the number of British inhabitants providing wealth to charity between 18 and 65 plussers in the year 1990 and 2010. Overall, it is clear from the graph that the numbers of donations in both periods are showing an upward trend in the younger and middle age group,

, there is some fluctuation in both periods. In 1990, the rate of contribution started at approximately 17% in the youngsters. From here, it reached a peak of just over 40% in 36-50, which became the largest percentage in both years .

, it decreased gradually to more than 30% in the age above 65. The money given to charity in 2010 began with half the amount of 1990, with respectively 7%. There was a sharp growth in the numbers, which reached 35%. In 51,65 it overreached the previous amount, with about 4% to 39%.
