Interviews form the basic selection criteria for most longer companies. However, some people think that an interview is not a reliable method of choosing whom to employ and there are other better methods. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

as communication, academic and social skills which are imperative while employing inside an organisation.
For instance
, if a candidate is socially introverted, that will affect his/ her performance in the interview. That's why it is chosen as one of the quality methods.
