During a recent plane journey, you sat next to a businessperson who owns a chain of restaurants. You talked to him/her and he/she suggested that you should contact him/her about a possible job in one of his/her restaurants.

Dear Mr Oliveira, I am writing
this
letter regarding the job that you offered me during the flight from São Paulo to Rio de Janeiro on September 18 th. I sat down
next
to you and you told me about a job position in the administrative area. I am extremely interested in accounting or accounts payable jobs since I already have experience in
this
area. Let me introduce you to my career. I graduated with honours from the University of Paulista with a degree in accountancy in 2011. I am currently working at Willis Company where I started as an intern, being responsible for calculating municipal taxes.
As a result
of my effort to the company, in 2015 I was promoted to senior accounting analyst. Not only do my qualifications and work experience make me a perfect candidate for the job, but
also
my personality is well suited to working as a tax manager or finance manager. I am a very focused person and I believe that
this
characteristic is fundamental for these positions.
Besides
that, I believe that working under the pressure with tight deadlines is not a problem for me once I usually work in
this
type of situation. I would like to meet you at your earliest convenience, to discuss the possibility to work in your company. I can be contacted at 55 11 995442244 at any time. Yours faithfully, Raquel Prudente.
