 has been an essential part of the lives of

 believe that a big

 has helped them to purchase their personal items, others opine that job satisfaction,

 as workplaces, co-workers, and environment are more important than money. In

 essay, I completely disagree with the point of view and I will be discussing

 issue and give my opinion.
To begin
 with, on the one hand,

 has provided many benefits for the communities. For personal, if
people
 gain income enough, they could buy all merchandise which they want.
For example
, by increasing one's

, a person pays out the money to purchase more expensive goods than before, like something luxurious.
Therefore

 might improve the quality of their life and grow up their position in society.
On the other hand
, having an excellent employer, co-workers, and a great work environment would have an influence on

. Some

 consider that working does not only improve the professional knowledge and personal working abilities but just earn the sense of achievement and interest. If

 do not satisfy their job, they would not be likely to do it. In summary, It can be seen a situation in which
employees
 attend the labour activities that propose to improve their workspaces or even laws which be made by the employers or the governments. In conclusion, I reiterate that workers should care about both job satisfaction and a big
salary
.
Employees
 are the principal property of companies and a nation. Giving a big
salary
 to workers haves manifold advantages, it is not only for their own, but
also
 good for a country to improve the development of economy and decrease the employment rate.
