You visited Goa for leisure time in last week. You experienced some inconvenience with air conditioning system in the hotel room. Write an email to the hotel manager about your bad experience. a. Give information about yourself and background situation. b. Described what happened. c. Offer suggestions and expectation for next trip.

Dear Manager,
Last
fortnight, I visited Goa and stayed at your hotel for three nights. During my stay, I was very disappointed with the wifi system in that room.
Subsequently
, I decided to inform you of the situation through which I suffered during my stay. I checked in at 2 o’clock evening on 20th Friday
last
week. The room boy took me to the room courteously. I switched on the router, as it show it working, but as I connect to my laptop it did not connect.
Furthermore
, I reported
this
incident to the reception. The technician reached after 1.5 hours to fix the problem. He concluded that there is some hardware issue in the router. For repairing the router, it must be taken to the service centre. Since your hotel is running at 100% occupancy, I have no other option. I was left with no choice with zero internet facility. My entire trip was without internet so I didn’t communicate with my friends and all. Now, I suggest your hotel management trip that before handing the keys to the customer check whether all appliances working fine or not. Hope
this
inferior experience not be expected on my
next
trip. I hope to hear from you on
this
matter. Robert.
