Many employees may work at home with mother and technology. Some people claim that it benefits only workers but not employers. Do you agree or disagree?

Due to technology, working from
home
has increased significantly nowadays which has a wide impact on companies as well as their
workers
. Many believe that it brings advantages to
workers
instead
of employers. I completely agree with
this
view when it comes to
workers
' quality of
life
in terms of financial situation and work-
life
balance which can be improved by
this
opportunity.
Firstly
, undoubtedly when people work from
home
they spend less
time
commuting to their workplace which is mostly
time
-consuming, especially in crowded cities with traffic congestion or packed public transportation stations.
For instance
, in London people waste their
time
to reach their office while working from
home
may enable them to spend that
time
with their family and friends so that they experience a balanced
life
with far more quality.
Secondly
, online working is a feasible method for reducing the expenditure of commuting.
In other words
,as long as the amount of money they should pay for thickets or fuel is saved,
this
will be spent on other parts of their
life
that they desire.To exemplify
this
, having more budget for leisure activity encourages them to do so.often, A better financial situation provides a better
life
. To conclude, developing technology gives the chance to people to work from
home
. In
this
regard, there is an assumption among them that only
workers
benefit from
this
alternative whereas it is not useful for employers. From my point of view,
this
leads to help
workers
by saving their
time
and money
consequently
to a better
life
.
