Write a letter to apologise on particualr job you agreed to take during summer vacation due to some unforeseen circumstances. - Explain the Situation - An apology - Express that you would be interested in the position next summer.

Dear Librarian, I am writing
this
letter to keep you informed that I will not be able to take up the part-time opportunity which you have granted me during
this
summer break in our community library. During the interview I thought I will be free during my summer vacation,
however
yesterday I came to know from my university that we will be leaving out of town for three weeks for an Industrial visit.
In addition
, I will have only two weeks leftover once I am back from the trip. I can understand it is a very tedious job to rerun the entire interview again to find another candidate, but I am helpless at
this
moment. Please accept
this
as my apology letter for denying the job opportunity and
also
I would always look forward to any upcoming opportunities in our library as it matches my skillsets and previous experience. Thank you for understanding. Best Regards, Pradeep Kumar

Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
