The shown pie charts represent the proportion of three different categories of nutrients, sodium, saturated fats and excess
sugars
in four daily meals which will be fruitless if they are served too much. Overall, the percentage of sodium and saturated fats are so much in dinner, while
sugars
are added to the snacks considerably. Notably, the morning meal has had the least amount of all three types of nutrients.
To begin
with, we see that, in the morning the rate of the serving of each type of ingredient follows a similar pattern with about 14 to 16 per
cent
.
Also
, they are between just below 20 per
cent
to under a
third
for lunch meals. So it seems that there not be eaten too much and in a futile way in breakfast and at noon.
On the other hand
,
sugars
are so exceeded in snacks with about 42 per
cent
, while people tend to eat fewer other ingredients in
this
meal between 14 to 21 per
cent
.
Also
, at night people are eating a great amount of sodium and saturated fats with under a half (43%) and 37% respectively.
This
is just above one out of five for added
sugars
.
