I am writing

letter to make compline about customer service that I received my QNB city centre branch
lately. Although
the chequebook
was requested around 15 days back, I have not received any proper response from the bank as of now.
Two weeks ago, I ordered a chequebook
by filling the form and customer service argent, while I visited the abovesaid branch
. But neither have I received the chequebook
nor any correspondence from the bank regarding my request. I urgently require a new chequebook
as It is required to give a post-dated cheque while I am signing a new house rental agreement by next
week. I maintain the current account in the abovementioned branch
and my account no is no 099910933131
I am requesting a proper explanation for the delay and poor services. Please inform me how long I have to wait for my chequebook
and I would like to know what action you are going to do?
