You have been facing a lot of issues at work lately. Write a letter to your Reporting Manager informing him about this. In your letter: • Explain what / who is affecting your work and people's attitude towards you • What your expectations are from this work/office • How / what your manager can do to help you with these problems You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear Sir or Madam,

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with work-related problems, that has now become a major concern for me, in person. I am been working with the company now, for about 5 years. I must mention, that I have been always treated well and have received appreciation and even any feedback that requires more attention . To which, I have acted upon through my results.
However
, it seems that the dynamics have changed, considering the past 3 weeks. Since our other branch at Brunswick is now closed and since five of the employees have started working, I am saddened to tell you that the environment is getting toxic and very unprofessional.
Firstly
, among five employees two of them have 6-7 years of experience and are trying to change how the restaurant operates.
For instance
, yesterday (like any other day) we saw the duties allocated to each of us.
However
, it seemed that Carlee wasn't comfortable to be working on the pass, so she instantly walked to the front and started to talk inappropriately, while I was busy attending to the customer.
Secondly
, around closing two staff members left 1 hour early, while the others were still busy. The same happened yesterday which is not fair to others. Realising the situation, I would like to elicit two suggestions: Like every fortnight's meeting, we should be getting back to that again in order to keep everyone in the loop as to how our branch works.
Also
, the meeting should include revising work ethics and equal opportunities.
Therefore
, Leading to comfortable and easy performance hours. I hope that
this
will be taken into account as I would surely want to continue working here and learn and grow within the company.
Moreover
, Please do let me know in case you need any
further
details or would like to meet in person. Looking forward to hearing from you! Yours sincerely,
shagun

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
