The bar chart shows the ratio of females who decided to continue their education in five countries (UK, USA, Australia, South Korea, and France), in 1980 and 2015. Overall, it is clear from the chart that
although
Australia's percentages were the highest among the others, they did not change. South Korea enrollments were the least. Yet in general, all rates increased. The UK rates increased by more than 10% from around 35% to nearly 55%.
Similarly
, the USA percentages showed a significant rise of approximately 20%, from less than 40% to less than 60% (which was the biggest gap). The enrollments of South Korean women were the least with only 15% in 1980,
then
in 2015, they increased by double.
In addition
, French female enrollment rates witnessed a slight rose from 50% to nearly 55%. Whereas in Australia, the ratio remained unchanged in the two given years.
