Some people feel that certain workers like nurses, doctors, and teachers are undervalued and should be paid more, especially when other people like film actors or company bosses are paid huge sums of money that are out of proportion to the importance of the work that they do. -How far do you agree? Those criteria should be used to decide how much people are paid?

I couldn't agree more with the given statement That Hospitality and faculty jobs have to be paid more than actresses and CEOs. but, it is a tough nut to crack down, on when we dive into the nitty gritty of
this
topic. I will provide my analysis of the below passage for better comprehension and a realistic approach to
this
matter.
First
and foremost, We can not think enough about how medical practitioners and professors aren't getting enough granted some surgeons and top university lecturers are getting large sums of money but, it is smigh compares to what a top star is getting paid for, it is whole new ball game when it comes to masses, not only they are underpaid but
also
devalued their job by both society and government.
for instance
; Zomato is a food delivery app, that app recruited an actor who got a remuneration of Rupees10 crores which is an annual income of the Indian finest medical doctors.
this
left-out imbalance brings us the question more and more about why.
Additionally
on, Actors are getting paid large sums of wealth not because they are doing a great job and they can inspire the nation, but because of the return of interest they can generate after the theatrical release of the film. that begs us to investigate, adding more to it, to know more about these returns. when we compare it to other professions a job is done by a professional we pay for their work but in
this
care of entertainment ,field the producer who invested in the movie will get the amount after the movie in cinema halls
that is
the catch here. A great example of
this
is; when computers were
first
started they are useless apart for large calculations, but now they became a basic commodity, nowadays their hardships lay the ground for our commodities, likely the producers trust the story and the bills they pour into the making of that particular project gives fruits of his labour after the release
that is
why their movie business is making more than necessity fileds. on top of it. movies can generate hundreds of crores of payment which leads them to pay more,
in contrast
to any normal jobs there is no return of the fund.
This
leads me which
this
conclusion, even though society accepts hospital and school staff are underpaid, there is no other way around it to pay them well. as we said above all professions are one-sided incomes where we can't get a return from our money except in entertainment field the fruit grows after it riped.

Word Count

IELTS says that you should write a minimum of 250 words in writing task 2. If you go under word count you will lose marks in task response.

A very long essay will not give you a higher band score.

Aim for between 260 to 290 words in writing task 2. This will ensure a concise essay and will be realistic in terms of time management. You have only 40 minutes to write the essay and you need around 10 minutes of planning time, so you will not be able to write a long essay in 30 minutes.
