Dear Mr Smith, I am Nikhil Dhaygude. I am writing to you regarding work opportunities in one of your establishments.
To begin
with, if you may recall, we were seated together on a flight from Bangalore to Calcutta on the 15th of October 2022. We started conversing over the food magazine both of us were reading and during the same conversation, you mentioned that you are the owner of a chain of restaurants. Actually, I am a budding chef, having taken training from the Hotel Management Institute of India. I am a great admirer of your hotel in Bangalore, especially of the food. In fact, it is one of the reasons why I decided to become a chef. I have been trained in a variety of cuisines, but my speciality is Japanese food. Currently, I am working for Ling Su restaurant and my dishes have been highly complimented. In fact, it has been recognised as the fastest-growing number of orders placed by many delivery apps.
Therefore
, I believe that I can make a difference in your hotel too. I sincerely hope you consider my candidature. Yours sincerely, Nikhil Dhaygude.
