You recently travelled with a certain airline. Write a letter to the manager about your experience. Please say – Where and when did you travel? – What did you like or dislike? – What can you suggest for improvement?

Dear Sir, I am writing to express my flying experience with your Airasia airlines
last
weekend. I would
also
like to give some feedback so that you can improve your customer experience in the upcoming days. Recently, I had a long vacation, so I decided to travel abroad with your airline services. For a long ,time Dubai was on my wishlist.
Therefore
, I made a round trip from Bangalore to Dubai starting on 26th March and returning back on 3rd April. On
this
occasion, I would like to mention that, I really enjoy the journey throughout, as well as there was a huge discount on my flight tickets, which in turn doubled my happiness.
However
, the services were good, but to be specific, I am completely dissatisfied with the quality and quantity of food,
also
there were not many options to select from. Though I can understand
this
case is not ideal,
this
would be avoided by proper inspection before onboarding.
Therefore
, I would like to suggest you review the policies on food quality and make sure that, the food is delicious in taste. hope you will consider
this
into your account in order to avoid
further
mishaps. yours faithfully, Santhosh.
