Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing

 letter to let you know my dissatisfaction regarding one of your products which I purchased

 week and having invoice number 00000XXX.
Initially
 while purchasing the television, enquired online stores about the

 visited the retail store directly. After buying the item from your store and receiving the damaged commodity which makes me feel bad and

 package was torn off before it reaching to my doorstep.
Firstly
, I have raised a complaint over the website but haven't gotten any prompt response

 I called the seller directly but no response, now I am expecting a refund which I paid for the

. I go through all the return policies which are mentioned on the website and made the necessary arrangements to return the

. Please collect the

next

Structure your letter

A letter needs to be written using a proper format, including the following:

  • A greeting (Dear sir/madam, Dear John, Dear Mr. Smith)
  • The main body (consisting of paragraphs for each part of the letter)
  • A closing (Yours sincerely, Yours faithfully, Best wishes, Kind regards, Love)

When writing a letter as part of the IELTS General Training Writing Task 1, it is important to include the bullet points presented to you in the question.

All three bullet points need to be presented. And remember that some bullet points contain more than one element. So, make sure to watch for ‘and’ and plurals.
