Dear Sir or Madam,
I trust
this
letter finds you well. I am writing this
to express my dissatisfaction regarding the cuisines served last
evening at India Palace - Tourist club area.
First
of all, we selected your restaurant as we had seen great reviews on social media, which was. the reason we made an advance reservation for a table for ten in addition
to selecting our dishes ahead of our arrival.
On arrival at the venue, we were surprised as the tables were not ready although
the waiter confirmed it is expected to be ready within the next
fifteen minutes. Once we settled down, our orders were not served immediately, thus
we had to wait for more than forty minutes before the dishes arrived one by one. Despite the long wait, to my shock, the food served was not hot.
I am really disappointed with the service rendered by the restaurant and would like to request either a refund of the amount paid or a voucher for a similar amount.
