Dear Manager on duty, Good day. Hope you are doing well. I am writing to reserve a conference hall for my company meeting which will be held on Dec 20th, Monday. In ,total we have ten members along with my manager. So, we planned to book a conference room, which will host around ten to fifteen people indeed. The conference room required attached washrooms and individual mike sets fixed with a table.

, the meeting will be commenced by morning 9 am on the day of the reservation, and it will be completed by 5 PM. As per the request, accommodate breakfast for all the team members followed by lunch and snacks along with tea/Coffee in the evening.
