You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager. In your letter: • describe the problem with the equipment • explain what happened when you phoned the shop • say what you would like the manager to do

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to complain about the fault in the "Blender" which I purchased from your shop.
Last
Week, I ordered a blender online from your website but when I received it and start using it, it was producing strange noise.
Therefore
, after a few minutes, it suddenly stopped working and smoke was observed at the back of it. On investigating
further
, I found that its motor was completely burnt out. I decided to call your helpline number which was given on the back of the sale receipt to claim the warranty.
Although
I tried it multiple times, nobody was picking up my call. Eventually, the sixth attempt was picked but when I asked him for the warranty, he refused my request by replying burning of motors cannot be claimed. You are
therefore
requested to look into
this
matter since the machine was hardly used for 10 minutes. I would be grateful to you if you replace it with the new one. I look forward to receiving a positive response from you soon. Yours faithfully, Arsalan Farooq
