You recently bought a piece of equipment for your kitchen but it did not work. You phoned the shop but no action was taken. Write a letter to the shop manager in your letter Describe the problem with the equipment explain what happened when you phoned the shop. Say what you would like the manager to do.

Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am writing to express my annoyance with not only the quality of the product but
also
the service I have received after sales. I have recently bought an MX200 microwave from the city square mall, located in Gandhinagar. Once I unbox the device and turn it on, I found that though the machine is taking my commands through the captive touchpad, nothing has been displayed on the display. I believe the display of the microwave is not working. After finding the issue, I phoned the shop to replace the product or register the complaint for the entitled free repair, but the salesperson abruptly refused to register the complaint and accused me of dropping and damaging the device.
However
, I don’t want any confrontation, I just want the company to send a technician and solve the issue of the display. I am okay if the company didn’t replace the product but expecting a free repair I am entitled to. Hope my issue will be solved promptly, Regards, Jay Patel
