The pie chart compares the percentage of three unhealthy ingredients

in typical meals. Overall , in a day, whereas dinner contributes to the largest proportion of
sodium
and saturated fat, breakfast contains the least portion of these nutrients. It is noted that dinner provides about 43% of
sodium
and 37% saturated fat in a day.
However
, only 23% of
sugar
is derived from dinner. Lunch is the
second
largest contributor of these nutrients where it contributes to 29% of
sodium
, 26% of saturated fat and almost one-fifth of added
sugar
. Breakfast and snacks provide a similar amount of
sodium
in a day which is 14%.
Although
breakfast contributes 16% of added
sugar
and saturated fat, snacks provide the largest proportion of added
sugar
which is 42%.
This
is almost twice as dinner’s contribution.
However
, only 21% of saturated fat is derived from snacks .
