Big salary is more important than job satisfaction. Do you agree or disagree?

Salary is critical in the life of any employee. It is often argued that lucrative financial benefits accruing out of

assignment , are of more importance than enjoying the task itself.
However
, I disagree with the statement and my essay will explain my points of disagreement with relevant examples. First and foremost, professional satisfaction ensures, that there is mental peace and harmony in doing the task, which improves productivity
subsequently
, leading to a higher band of remuneration. Doing work, contrary to mental acceptance always, leads to frustration and despair. In a survey, it was shown that a principal cause of workplace depression stems from a dissatisfied
job
environment. So it can be deduced that enjoyment in work ultimately leads to higher salaries. Bigger salary payments are often associated with high-pressure jobs which takes a toll on the mental health of an individual consequentially affecting his family life.
For example
,the highest-paying jobs in FMCG companies are in sales and operations, which are extremely pressurising in nature.
Moreover
, in society, different individuals have different mental traits. The profession of law and business management pays the highest salaries. If all were inclined to the same
then
there would be no academicians or scientists or writers in society as these jobs pay relatively less. A glaring example can be found in the case of Chetan Bhagat, a writer, who left a
job
with a lucrative salary to pursue his passion for writing books and become a celebrated author. Conclusively, we can say that it is always important to be satisfied in one's
job
and it progressively helps in retaining happiness at work
as well as
growth in career. Choosing a satisfying
job
also
benefits society at large. `

Include an introduction and conclusion

A conclusion is essential for IELTS writing task 2. It is more important than most people realise. You will be penalised for missing a conclusion in your IELTS essay.

The easiest paragraph to write in an essay is the conclusion paragraph. This is because the paragraph mostly contains information that has already been presented in the essay – it is just the repetition of some information written in the introduction paragraph and supporting paragraphs.

The conclusion paragraph only has 3 sentences:

  • Summary
  • Restatement of thesis
  • Prediction or recommendation

Example:

To summarize, a robotic teacher does not have the necessary disciple to properly give instructions to students and actually works to retard the ability of a student to comprehend new lessons. Therefore, it is clear that the idea of running a classroom completely by a machine cannot be supported. After thorough analysis on this subject, it is predicted that the adverse effects of the debate over technology-driven teaching will always be greater than the positive effects, and because of this, classroom teachers will never be substituted for technology.

Start your conclusion with a linking phrase. Here are some examples:

  • In conclusion
  • To conclude
  • To summarize
  • Finally
  • In a nutshell
  • In general
