Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing
this
letter to you, to complain about the quality of the
food
that we received yesterday. I am a frequent customer of your restaurant and
this
is the first time I had a very disappointing experience. Most of our office parties are held at your restaurant as everyone enjoys the
food
served by your hotel.
Hence
, I had come with my family yesterday so they could
also
experience the delicious
food
.
However
, the
food
that was served yesterday was not fresh at all.
Moreover
, the taste of vegetables had changed. It would be really great if the
food
that is
served is freshly prepared.
In addition
, the vegetables used
also
should be fresh and properly cleaned before use.
Besides
, tasting the
food
before serving it would
also
help. As a responsible customer of your outlet, I thought it is my duty to bring
this
unfortunate event to your notice. Yours faithfully, Anokhi Desai
