Dear Abhishek, I am writing
this
 letter to request you leave for a period of one week beginning next Monday in order to complete the certification course that I have been preparing over the
last
 two months. I have cleared all of my current backlogs and assigned a few remaining tasks to my offshore team which are critical for the next production release.
Although
 there will be a lot of reviews that will be pending with me
due to
 my absence, as soon as I come back, I will ensure to clear them within a couple of days by stretching myself a little longer than the usual work schedule so that there won't be any impact to the timelines of deliverables. Once I get the certification, I will be eligible to officially take the customer-facing role for any new enhancements and implementation projects that our company might sign with any other new clients without having the need to recruit contractors who demand high salaries. Use a variety of complex and simple sentences

You should use complex sentences in your writing, but it does not mean that you should try to make all of our sentences complex.

‘Complex’ sentences are not actually very complex; they are just two or more simple sentences put together. Putting them together makes the essay more coherent and cohesive.

Examples:

I really want to study but I’m too tired.

I wore a warm coat because the weather was cold.

If action is not taken soon on climate change, global warming will get worse.
