Dear Sir, I am writing to complain about the service we received at your restaurant. We came in to have dinner on the special occasion of the new year in order to have a good start. Despite that, some of my friends were from a different city, and we all were very disappointed with the long wait, which can affect your reputation. When we got there, we did not get any greetings or asked to wait. All of us were standing there looking stupid and after 15 minutes , one server gave us a table and took our order.
