The subsequent influence of this trend has sparked the controversy over the potential impact in recent years. In my opinion, the former proposition appears to be more rational. This essay will further elaborate both views of this trend and thus will lead to a logical conclusion.

A time ago it was noticed that many unknown shops had been shut down, because buyers used to visit malls or any big shopping area. I believe this is a positive development, it has opened opportunities for employment and also malls are providing convenience to their customers.
