letter to thank you for the important part played by the beautiful quality of the service provided by your hotel. I have returned from a glorious one-week break with my friends spent in Victoria Falls.
From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed in a pleasant way, we found your staff very helpful. One of your staff members by the name of Timmy assisted us, he was very cooperative in every situation we had. Also
, he gave us places to visit in the local area and some activities to participate too in our free time.
