Dear Sir, I am writing a letter regarding a terrible experience that I faced in your restaurant on the 22nd of February of 2023 in the evening. I ordered a snack and tea for my afternoon tea and I did not get the snack which I ordered. I asked the waiter about that one politely but the waiter did not answer me in a polite way I told to the cashier and I asked for a refund and he treated me in a bad way. After that, I went out of the restaurant and I found your contact details. So, I am writing a letter to inform you about your impolite workers and if you can give them proper training in customer care, It will be good for all the customers who come to your shop and if you can refund my money, I will be really glad. To get an excellent score in the IELTS Task 2 writing section, one of the easiest and most effective tips is structuring your writing in the most solid format.     • Sentence 1 - Summary
    • Sentence 2 - Restatement of thesis
    • Sentence 3 - Prediction or recommendation
