I am a regular customer from your shop writing

letter to inform you about an accident that occurred last
time I was shopping at the store which made me disappointed later.
The reason why I have been a constant customer for almost five years without having a problem is that I witnessed amazing services , in addition
, the quality of clothes you bring is very practical and affordable ,unlike many others with terrible and expensive services. Although
I recommend your shop to whoever asks me about where to buy a good one, however
, there is a small issue that happened recently.
The last
time I bought skinny jeans , it was a couple of days ago, I was surprised that had a big fault which made me return to the shop, but I was amazed by the employee who told me that I can not either, return it for the refund nor replace it which actually kept me in shock at that time.
In my opinion, to keep on that outstanding track you guys build and maintain a wonderful service for customers, that's why taking care of people especially, when they have problems with the services being presented is very crucial.
